By accessing, registering for, or using Zentrobills, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Your continued use of Zentrobills constitutes your acceptance of any updates to these Terms. If you do not agree, please cease using our services immediately.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using Zentrobills ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services. Your continued use of Zentrobills constitutes your acceptance of any updates to these Terms.
2 Our Services
Zentrobills is a comprehensive utility payment platform that enables you to:
- Airtime & Data: Purchase mobile airtime and data bundles for all major network providers
- TV Subscriptions: Pay for and renew DStv, GOtv, StarTimes, and other TV subscriptions
- Education Payments: Process WAEC, NECO, JAMB, school fees, and other educational transactions
- Insurance Services: Access and manage various insurance products
We continuously enhance our service offerings and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice. Service availability may vary based on your location and third-party provider terms.
3 Account Registration & Security
3.1 Eligibility
To use Zentrobills, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3.2 Account Creation
When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information
- Maintain and promptly update your registration data
- Use a valid phone number and email address for account verification
- Not create multiple accounts or impersonate any person or entity
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and PIN
- All transactions and activities conducted through your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach via support@zentrobills.com
- Enabling two-factor authentication when available for enhanced security
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
4 Transactions & Payments
4.1 Payment Processing
All transactions on Zentrobills are processed in real-time. You agree that:
- You have the legal right to use any payment method you provide
- Funds may be debited from your account immediately upon transaction confirmation
- Transaction receipts and history are available within the app
- We may use third-party payment processors to handle your transactions
4.2 Fees & Charges
Zentrobills may charge service fees for certain transactions. These fees will be clearly displayed before you complete a transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with prior notice through the app or via email.
4.3 Failed Transactions & Refunds
If a transaction fails but your account has been charged, we will investigate and initiate a reversal within 1–5 business days. Failed transaction reversals are processed back to the original payment source. Contact support@zentrobills.com if you experience any issues.
4.4 Transaction Limits
We may impose daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits based on your account verification level. These limits are designed to protect you and comply with regulatory requirements.
5 User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use Zentrobills only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions or money laundering
- Attempting to bypass our security measures or transaction limits
- Using the app to facilitate illegal gambling or prohibited activities
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract our source code
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of our services
- Using automated scripts or bots to interact with our platform
- Harassing, abusing, or harming other users or our staff
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action without prior notice.
6 Third-Party Services & Providers
Zentrobills integrates with various third-party service providers including telecommunications companies, educational boards, insurance firms, and payment processors. While we strive to maintain reliable partnerships:
- We are not responsible for the services, content, or policies of third parties
- Service disruptions by third parties may affect transaction processing
- You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party providers
- Disputes with third parties must be resolved directly with them, though we will provide reasonable assistance
7 Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of Zentrobills — including but not limited to the app's design, logo, text, graphics, software, and underlying technology — are the exclusive property of Zentrobills or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our express written permission.
8 Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. 9 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Zentrobills is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party actions, network failures, or events beyond our reasonable control
10 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zentrobills, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit or transmit through our platform
11 Modifications to Terms
We continuously evolve our services and may need to update these Terms. When we make material changes:
- We will notify you via email, in-app notification, or prominent notice on our platform
- The updated Terms will specify the effective date
- Your continued use of Zentrobills after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms
- If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our services

12 Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Extended period of inactivity
- Request by law enforcement or regulatory authority
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@zentrobills.com. Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases immediately.
13 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@zentrobills.com to attempt informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos, Nigeria.

15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zentrobills regarding your use of our services.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction, and will notify you via support@zentrobills.com of any material assignment.
